Responsibilities
Isotec Security Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive the expansion of clients and partnerships across the United States. This high-energy role will focus on managing, mentoring, and growing Isotec’s Sales team, which is instrumental in fostering relationships in varied verticals.
In this position, you will:
- Develop and execute a national growth strategy to enhance Isotec’s B2B relationships with nationwide companies and local governments across the U.S.
- Lead a team of 2-4 Regional Account Executives, ensuring they meet and exceed team sales quotas.
- Mentor and support the Sales team in pipeline management, including recruiting, hiring, and providing continuous coaching.
- Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review sales forecasts, assess activity, and develop strategies for pipeline building.
- Collaborate on complex transactions, leveraging executive-level relationships to close high-value deals.
- Oversee daily and weekly sales activities, pipeline progress, and closed deals, ensuring the team meets above-quota results.
- Facilitate one-on-one and team-wide meetings to enhance skills and drive ongoing performance improvements.
- Recruit additional regional sales team members as needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading a high-performing sales team, ideally within the physical security sector.
- Strong background in a high-volume transaction sales environment with accurate sales forecasting skills.
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders in large organizations.
- Ability to build both high-level and tactical relationships with Isotec’s product partners, driving meaningful business outcomes.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and mentor new sales team members, coaching all team members to reach their highest potential.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across the United States.
- Local to Colorado with hybrid travel to the main office.
